Eligibility Criteria:

• A doctoral degree (PhD, MD, or equivalent) in medicine, health sciences, or a related discipline
• Proven record of academic publishing and peer review experience
• Affiliation with a recognized academic or research institution
• Commitment to publication ethics and academic integrity

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and providing feedback on submitted manuscripts
• Advising on journal policy and editorial scope
• Promoting the journal within your network
• Proposing special issues and identifying emerging topics
