Open Access Policy

The Electronic Journal of Medical Research (EJMR) is an open access journal. This open access means that articles in the journal can be freely access, download, share and re-use by all scientists, scholars, teachers, students and other curious minds; which will accelerate research, enrich education and greater global exchange of knowledge (This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access). The EJMR adheres to a strict Open Access policy in accordance with the principles outlined by the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).

All EJMR articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. This license permits unrestricted use, distribution and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited. This permits:

• Sharing, copying, and redistributing the material in any medium or format.
• Adapting, remixing, transforming, and building upon the material for non-commercial purposes only, with proper attribution and under the same license.

Author Rights:

Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant EJMR the right to publish, archive, and disseminate it in all forms and media.

No Embargo Period:

The EJMR does not impose any embargo period. All articles are freely accessible from the day of publication.

Archiving:

EJMR ensures long-term archiving and digital preservation of its content through regular backup and inclusion in databases and digital repositories as applicable.
